K2 technology for better digital sound quality
K2 is JVC's original technology that reproduces the original master sound by extending the frequency range.
For example, K2 will expand the digital data of an audio CD recorded at 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz. It is also possible to reproduce the high-frequency range above 20 kHz, which is truncated during CD formatting.
