The legendary RB2011 product line has been providing affordable, flexible and robust connectivity for over a decade. In fact, it was our first router with SFP. It's finally time to update. But don't worry: we've retained and improved all the key elements and features of the beloved RB2011. Even red colors and an attractive price! There are three main reasons to choose the L009: better performance, more features, and some interesting quality of life improvements. Let's start with improving power and efficiency.
L009 has an efficient dual-core ARM processor. It offers significant improvements in routing and filtering, complex firewall rules, IPsec hardware encryption, and various advanced RouterOS features. The ARM processor architecture provides significant advantages over older MIPS-based devices. All ports are now Gigabit Ethernet ports. The first port has a PoE input. You can use it instead of a DC socket to power your device. The last port has PoE-Out to power other devices. Another helpful addition is SFP that supports both Gigabit and 2.5 Gigabit connectivity. RB2011 will forever be an online legend, but it's time to take it to the next level.
