Transmitter
Module for integrating a wired sensor or third-party device into an Ajax alarm system. Transmitter allows you to connect an infrared barrier, liquid level sensor, gas leak sensor, alarm button or other device with NC/NO contacts to your Ajax system.
Operating principle
The Transmitter allows a wired third-party sensor to be connected to the Ajax alarm system. The module receives alarm and event information via a wired connection. When it receives event information, it transmits it to the hub via the Jeweller radio protocol and the hub informs the security agency and system users.
Features
The transmitter works with any sensor or device with an NC/NO type contact. The module supports 8 event types from connected devices: intrusion, fire, medical assistance, emergency button, gas leak alarm, emergency, flooding and custom event. The event type determines the alarm code sent to the monitoring station of the security agency and the notification text received by the user. This ensures that the response to the threat is appropriate.
Installation and mounting
Scan the QR code in the Ajax app to add the Transmitter to your alarm system. You can specify the type of connected wired device in the Ajax mobile or PC app. The compact module is easy to install in the sensor housing or mounting box. A built-in accelerometer alerts you to tampering attempts.
