The Zwilling Four Star line of knives introduces a new product to the market that will soon become an indispensable tool in every kitchen. Thanks to the self-sharpening block, the ice-hardened blades of these excellent tools will remain sharp, maintaining perfect cutting properties for the entire time of use. The integrated KIS (Keep It Sharp) technology means that you no longer have to worry about the need for additional sharpening or seeking specialists. Each time you insert the knife into the block, the blades will be sharpened automatically.
What's the secret? There are two ceramic grinding stones in the holes for knives with smooth blades (fruit and vegetable knives, cold meat knives and chef's knives). Each hole is adapted to the exact dimensions of a specific knife, thanks to which sharpening takes place at the perfect angle, guaranteeing durability of the cutting edge and the highest quality for many years. To make things easier, there are simple pictograms next to each hole showing where a given tool should be inserted.
