The NanoProtect HEPA filter removes particles 100x smaller than a standard HEPA filter

The advanced NanoProtect HEPA filter can capture up to 99.5% of particles measuring 0.003 m, while the standard HEPA filter - particles measuring 0.3 m.

Why is this so important?

Because the size of the smallest and most dangerous particles is:

• for viruses from 0.020 m to 1 m (micrometer)
• the smallest smog particles - less than 0.1 m (micrometer)

How the 3-stage filtration process works

• The first, initial layer of the filter stops larger particles such as dust and animal hair.
• The second NanoProtect HEPA layer filters PM2.5 particles (smog); allergens; plant pollen, dust mite allergens, animal hair, mold and fungal spores, bacteria and viruses, including particles up to 0.003 m in size.
• The third layer of the active carbon filter neutralizes unpleasant odors and harmful gases, including volatile organic compounds.
