Drying is one of the few food preservation methods during which important vitamins and minerals are not lost. So why not extend the life of the foods we currently have in excess? You can dry all year round and almost anything: fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, flowers or pasta.
Universal sieve size
The SO2090 dryer is equipped with 7 height-adjustable sieves that provide a sufficiently large drying surface. You can adjust the height between the tiers, so you can comfortably dry larger and taller pieces of food.
Even drying
The dryer is equipped with an integrated fan that distributes the hot air between the different floors. For an even more efficient result, we recommend rearranging the sieves so that when drying, the lower sieves move to the top and vice versa. You will be assured that your crops will be dried evenly on all floors of the dryer.
Hassle-free operation
Anyone can operate the SO2090 dryer thanks to the simple digital control. You can adjust the drying temperature from 35 to 70 ° C, which is very practical as every food requires a different temperature. The dryer is equipped with a timer that can be set for up to 24 h, so you'll have full control over the drying. Once the set drying time has elapsed, the dryer switches off automatically.
